The positioning of the flat in the residence means that there are no walls adjoining any other flat, so you can spend your nights without any outside noise.
Large living areas
The living room is equipped with a coffee table that can seat four people around a 1x1 m tabletop. Windows airvent and insulation were renovated in December 2025 for better comfort all year round.
The kitchen takes up almost a quarter of the surface area of the flat. Unlike many similar flats for rent, here you have a real space designed to convivial and practical with large work surfaces.

Mostly reserved to luxury chalet, this unique apartment is equipped with a video projector , a pulldown 100" screen and a high-quality 5.1 sound system. Thanks to the integrated Chromecast, you can enjoy content available on YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV, OCS and many others streaming content in just a few steps. You can also connect a video games station or a computer connecting to the HDMI cable.
Are you more of a music lover than a film buff? No problem, the speakers have been set to match the acoustics of the flat. All you have to do is connect to Spotify, SoudCloud, Deezer or choose one of the countless internet radio stations and close your eyes.
And if you don't want any of that because you'd rather play board games, read or have deep philosophical discussions about the world and life, the integrated equipment won't disturb your thoughts. Instead, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view towards the Aravis mountain range.

The style of the flat's interior carefully blends Scandinavian and industrial styles to create a warm atmosphere. I took into account the amount of time spent in each room to determine its volume. The bedroom is optimised to provide the largest possible living area. The mattress is raised to create storage space underneath for suitcases. As well as forming one of the walls of the bedroom, the wardrobe uses the void above the mattress for the hangers. The sofa remains unfolded to slide under the bedroom. Instead, the cabinet holds the cushions behind your back and offers even more storage space. Discover these rooms in the photos gallery.

Peaceful and relaxing garden
Mobility: Great public transportation
The Val Montjoie is very well served by free public transportation (Menu: Transport). It's by far the best way to access the three ski areas, alpine sites and mountain bike slopes and trails all year round and participating to make traffic a lot better.
- Access to Chamonix by train (a wonderfull journey built in 1908). All car parks are quickly full and expensive. 45min from le Fayet train station.
- Access to Les Contamines-Montjoie: Two free shuttles well synchronised. 20 minutes - hassle free.
- Access to Evasion Saint-Gervais: 600m either by foot or with the Facilibus shuttle in front of the residency.
